Earth Blocks Being delivered To Our Sustainable Community In Ghana

The rain stopped just long enough to allow us to have a load of earth blocks delivered to the land. Now if we can just get one more load delivered and get the foundation completed then we would really be in business.
The earth blocks will allow us to form the walls of our model home fairly quickly because you do not have to use mortar in between the blocks. They have a tongue and groove design that allow you to stack them like Legos.
These blocks have thermal mass which allows the home to remain cool in hot climates and warm in cold climates. They are also load bearing which means you do not have to have special load bearing columns in the house.
