I went ahead and did a quick dinner. A delicious philly cheese steak sandwich. I took a ribeye and sliced it as thin as possible. I seasoned it with my Buffalo blend. I also added a bell pepper and red onion also thinly sliced. I toasted the buns with mayo. Topped everything with provolone cheese. Who’s in?
