Catalytic converter suspected thief ran over by victim at Target on 10th street west in Palmdale Ca. Suspect was transported by Ambulance to a local Hospital as CPR was in process . Driver of vehicle was detained for questioning for running over catalytic converter suspect. No further details at this time.
Update : Homicide detectives enroute . Also driver is just detained not under arrest..
