Lawyer Reacts | Jury Finds Bill Cosby Liable In 1975 Assault of Minor

A California jury found Bill Cosby LIABLE for a 1975 se*ual assault of a 16-year-old at the Playboy Mansion. The jury was not unanimous, and in California are not required to be. The plaintiff was awarded 500,000 in damages. This suit was filed in 2014 and changes to California’s statute of limitations for childhood victims of SA allowed the case to move forward.
