What began as a high-speed police chase turned into a dramatic rescue — as a woman was pulled from a duffle bag, out of the trunk of a burning car. Spike strips were used to disable the car. It crashed and caught fire. As flames engulfed the vehicle, officers pulled a large black duffle bag from the trunk. They opened the bag, and a woman emerged. The late-March incident was captured on police dashcam and bodycam in south Texas, near Laredo.
