NO More PCR Tests.
Well after waiting 10 days, and exactly after Songkran festivals has ended, the entry rules started to be clearer for the month of May, and the 1st big change will be the arrival PCR tests, where vaccinated people will no longer need to be tested by RT-PCR.
Yes, no more PCR tests on arrival, as the predepartures, so PCR tests are completely not required when you are travelling to Thailand, But ATK test will stay, which is just a self-test system, during your stay in Thailand, it could be at the 5th day or before, the details of this will be confirmed once the rules are published in the royale gazette.
No More Test & Go
Now what does it mean no More PCR test, it means no more Test and Go, finally this entry requirement has dropped, where you don’t need to book any hotels, in order to stay one night or wait any test results, and that means no more Quarantine in any way to the vaccinated people that are traveling to Thailand.
Unvaccinated people
For the unvaccinated people, still they have to be quarantined 5 days, and take a test on the 5th day, but the rules can be better in time, so we have to wait and see if t will be reduced, and maybe the PCR test replaced with an ATK test, but till now still 5 days quarantine is required
