432 Park Avenue is a fascinating building and an engineering marvel. This luxury high rise apartment building in New York stands 96 stories tall, with around 140 units including penthouses for the 91st floor to the 96th floor. There are some incredible apartments currently for sale in this skyscraper, including an amazing Japanese inspired apartment for $135,000,000 and another $169,000,000 penthouse unit owned by a Saudi billionaire and listed with Ryan Serhant.
