Zizaran showcases his Occultist Poisonous Concoction character, which makes use of Plaguebearer and Profane Bloom to have a super fast clearspeed.
This build requires no gear to get going, the main skills require no weapon to use, making it one of the cheapest map farmers you can make in Path of Exile Scourge.
