Injury prevention for running is VITAL! Learn what I am doing for my half marathon training to prevent injury! I include hip mobility exercises, stretching, theraband exercises and other home exercises you can do for YOUR run rehab. If you love running half & full marathons you will LOVE my routine! I'm even wearing GYMSHARK! As a runner, you must use strength exercises to prevent injuries! I've learned this mainly from my profession as a Physical Therapist Assistant!
