Axie Version 1.1.1 UPDATE - Axie Infinity Stopped Working? Having Issues or PROBLEMS?

ANDROID Game FIX:
1. Settings
2. Apps
3. Axie app
4. Clean Data and CLear cache
5. Uninstall old app
6. Download and install new apk

SUBMIT a TICKET if AXIE LEVEL RESET to level 1:

Please name your ticket "Axie Level Reset After Rollback".

Possible workaround for those who are having issues on MAC
Click finder then
Command+shift+G
Then search
~/Library/
Go to application support
Look for com.axieinfinity.origin at delete
then install the mavis app again

Alternative:
If you have done everything and that still doesnt work for you, please create another profile for your Mac and install the application there to play
