The first 1 min and 30 secs is there in the actual game, as you may already know. The things happening after 1 min and 30s is not in the game. It's only a concept. This concept is based on "Teaser Image No. 31" from the Yandere Simulator development blog post which Yandere Dev posted on the 26th of September 2021.

The dress I used for Kaguya is something that was already there in the game files. The only thing I did was retexture it. The Yakuza's, his helpers' and Kaguya's textures and models are all from the game itself. I only retextured uniform 5.
