Buying property under businesses and LLCs is a common and easy way to purchase, invest and acquire real estate. However a lot people do not do it. This is because they're not familiar with the process or even know that it's possible to buy assets not-under-your-name. There are many legal and liability issues why you should not buy property (and assets under your name). Definitely consult with a local real estate or business attorney to confirm/verify everything before making your decision.
