Chungking Mansions, a sprawling complex made up of five blocks, each 17 storeys high in Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui district, is a multicultural home and workplace to people representing at least 120 different nationalities. Opened in 1961, the centre of globalisation also offers a diverse array of places to eat, made all the more attractive by the fact that most eateries are very budget-friendly. The founder of the Hong Kong Africa Centre, Innocent Mutanga, gave the Post's Bernice Chan a special culinary tour of Chungking Mansions for a sampling of food from Africa, India and Turkey.
