Pietermaritzburg High Court Judge Piet Koen will on Tuesday rule on Jacob Zuma's application for a so-called "special plea".
Zuma is arguing that the entire NPA has lost the "title" to try him for corruption and that he has suffered at the hands of his prosecutors.
