Richard O’ Connor Breaks the Composition of Depression #Shorts

It’s always the little things… 🔍

More often than not, the things we lean on when we go through hard times may actually be doing us more harm than good. 👀

What’s worse is that a lot of these habits have become so normalized that the line between good and bad have become blurred. 🤨

We grab drinks when we’re happy. 🥳🍻

We also grab drinks when we’re down. 😣🍺

We isolate ourselves from others to protect our inner peace.🧘‍♂️🍃

But isolating ourselves makes us feel even more wary and suspicious of others too! 🙅‍♀️

Some people go shopping to reward themselves. 🛍️🎉

Others use it as a form of therapy when they’re unhappy or discontented. 💸🤷‍♂️

We treat ourselves to tasty treats every now and then. 🧁

Meanwhile, others view food as an enemy or master. 😐🍕

Do you have a habit you just can’t seem to quit?
