When we are aware, we may see things as they really are - not how they may look like. Instead of our mind gets into the way, and making premature judgment, keen awareness may help us not to be lost in the maze of our life.
By practicing this idea of "I am aware that I am aware," the deep awareness may help us to be at the deepest level of our being to realize how the universe is functioning (even to discover a nirvanic state of bliss).
May we be aware of everything as it is - without any mind’s filter - to the point that I am aware that I am aware - and live like an eternal child of life?
Well.. actually we are out of the garden of eden. So, we may need to practice the middle way (-to be continued).
Best wishes,
Kio
