The Jamaica Red Cross Society, through international partnerships, has launched the Eco-Disaster Risk Reduction project, (Eco-DRR). The project seeks to increase the resilience of communities facing natural hazards; the first to benefit from this initiative is Old Harbour Bay, in St. Catherine.
