Working in Public Health as a public servant it is upon you to know the laws about HIPPA. The onus is upon you public servants to protect confidentiality. The onus is not upon me or anyone else that comes into OUR BUILDING to record.. It is unbelievable that the state of Wisconsin's taxpayers money pays the salaries of such tyranical, uneducated and unprofessional people.
