War in Syria: Who controls what and what happens
The information was confirmed by the Syrian adviser on Syrian issues to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rami Al-Shaer three days ago during a TV interview for the Syrian opposition television on Syria TV. According to him, the envoy was sent to negotiate with Washington to recognize the legitimacy of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad at a time when relations between Russia and Syria are not as good and stable as they were months ago. The news was also confirmed by the Middle Eastern edition of MEMO.
