In a Jiffy Cornbread Cake

Cristy creates the perfect cornbread cake. It's a lovely mixture of cornbread, yellow cake and a zing of pimentos.

Ingredients:
1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Box of Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix
Baking spray
2 eggs
5/8 cup of milk
4 oz. jar of diced pimentos in water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour the cornbread and cake mixes into a mixing bowl. Press the lumps out. Stir in 2 eggs, milk and pimentos. Mix until well combined. Pour into a baking dish that has been well-coated with baking spray.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
