Wrist pain is the reason why I prefer to toggle my aim instead of holding in fps games. Sometimes my hand releases the button mid fight due to stiffness. Unfortunately the use of shift button and muscle memory makes it quite difficult to toggle your aim. Maybe it's time to give gunslinger a try. (Winfield + Bornheim)
