God is the One who keeps the believer from stumbling into sin but He does not just stop there, He also presents the believer before His own presence with unspeakable joy and delight.
Jude 1:24 AMP says: Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling or falling into sin, and to present you unblemished [blameless and faultless] in the presence of His glory with triumphant joy and unspeakable delight
If you ponder on the imagery presented by this text, you will see why you can never submit to condemnation and guilt. God is working in you to will and to do for His own good pleasure.
God desires you and He is actively at work to present you before Himself - blameless and faultless. You just need to cooperate with Him. You already have a new heart - just yield.
