Feeling weak while you diet
It's true. You can expect to lose strength as you shed your fat.
But! A key thing to note.
While SOME strength loss may be expected from people who're already training regularly, you shouldn't be:
1. losing SIGNIFICANT strength
2. losing strength TOO QUICKLY
If you are starting to feel weak, consider what I'm saying in the video here to help you get stronger.
As far as possible, you should aim to improve your strength as you shed fat.
You shouldn't be losing strength if you're in a caloric deficit for less than 3 months.
