In the past I have felt that I cant afford to take time away from work as it will cut in to my productivity.
I have also had conversations with other people who have said things such as if I take time off, then my boss might realize they don’t need me or that someone else might take their job if they go on holiday.
Many people also take pride in being a workaholic.
They take pride in never taking a break and I’ve been there.
However this can’t be further from the truth.
I went on holiday and this video is my way of convincing me and you that it was a good idea.
